In CLINICAL EYE OPENERS - an illustration of a face representing a recognizable VISUAL SIGN generally interpreted as a SIGNAL of a unsettled PSYCHE (tribulation). This image was used as a component to explain that visual signs become signals after the brain can interpret them with previous signs associated with a specific "message".
