Normally, this website is dedicated to expose the beauty and poetry of how ideas materialize into words. This website is not dedicated to Politics, History, nor the impact of greed for power or money on social behaviors. However, the anniversary of the Chornobyl tragedy prompts me, as a world citizen and someone who studied these matters, to express some of my personal views. Of central concern is what impacts the exposures to chronic low doses of ionizing radation will be on developing children - those already born and those to be born, not only in Ukraine, Russia, and Belarus, but also those in Europe, and now in Japan. This matter is not solely relevant to "nuclear disasters" but also to every nuclear plant, which invariably is "leaking" radiation, as well as the irresponsible growing medical use of  X-rays and the threat of terrorism. What follows, to be consonant with the style of this website, will also have a stress on "ideas in words".

I see the Chronobyl tragedy as an emblem of the catastrophic, brutal, and shameless Bolshevik mentality characterised by a brutal "liquidation" of the Chornobyl non-accident (it was a failed planned experiment never fully explained by the "authorities"). Hundreds of thousands of young boys were forced to become "Liquidatros" and many were "liquidated" by being exposed to high levels of radiation. How such brutal and general disregard for human life became a characteristic of Bolshevik behavior is a central question, as are similar characteristics of other "Party" systems, namely those of Mao in China or Hitler in Germany, among others. "Bolshevik" minds have causes the deaths of millions. It is undeniable that "Bolshevik" revolution created the USSR and that they ruled as a "Party", a term pointing to "particular" or "private" or even as a gang of gansters. Words and linguistics can become vehicles of justice and opprobium. Not even the most ardent Communists like to be called "Bolsheviks" because the term acquired an aura of criminal ignorant brutality. Another term that delivers "word-linguistic" justice is "Idiot" - originally and correctly the term implies someone "lacking an idea", and truly most of us are "idiots" about many subjects. However, most of us have sufficient shame to prevent us to act as "idiotas", which opens to question about a number of ignorant Bolsheviks and their shamless rule by force. Medically speaking, it can be said that "Bolshevik Ideology" was clearly teratogenic, because as ideas and ideals impregnated Bolshevik minds, they delivered deformed policies that were lethal to millions. One of the last USSR-Bolshevik legacy is how they dealt with the "liquidation" of the Chornobyl disaster.
Chornobyl exploded on the 26th of April, 1986, and five days later, in not far distant Kyiv there had to be a May 1st parade to glorify the Kremlin gang. The Ukrainian Bolsheviks had a choice - either to please the Kremlin gang or help their people. The choice was to please the Kremlim satraps - even the then Minister of Health agreed to mislead his people - perhaps the reason that for the next two decades he retained his membership in the gang, formerly called "nomeclatura" (or listing Bolshevik loyalists) and currently increasingly known as "cleptomanic oligarchs". While the "nomeclatura gang" evacuated their families away from Kyiv, mostly to their "dachas" (a term that implies "granted") mostly in Crimea, they demanded that "the rest", or the proletariat (non gang ordinary persons), bring their children (prole in Spanish) to the May 1st parade (to be exposed to the falling radioctivity - a cause of an epidemic of thyroid cancer that killed or destroyed the health integrity of more than 6000 children). Thereafter, the proletariat does not believe the declarations of the oligarchy and their newly acquired partners like the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) or the World Health Organizations (WHO). These agencies came with the idiotic idea to call this disbelief "radiophobia", which implied that the proletariat is mentally ill - indeed, the USSR jailed those who tried to escape to Western Europe in mental institutions - Bolsheviks bellieved that anybody trying to escape their paradise on earth had to be "crazy" and needed to be kept in a "Manicomium" with other "maniacs".
Regarding the Fukushima tragedy, it is of interest that a "private" company had the right to llimit the flow of information to the Japanese people - one excuse given was the need to avoid "panic", perhaps also a reason for not calling for the immediate evacuation of pregnant women harboring a "child to be" ... some would say that this is an example of "what is mine remains mine" in contrast to damaging consequences of "private" failures to the public. This contrast is illustrated by two agencies; the IAEA that seeks to promote the use of nuclear power and the WHO that should seek to protect the health of people. Their infamous stress of "radiophobia" as the sole damage suffered by Ukrainian people and their conspicous absence as the Fukushima tragedy was unfolding illustrate their incapacities as agencies for the public good. In fact, the IAEA and WHO have an inter-agency agreement that limits their abillity to address health matters - perhaps another reason why neither have shown much interest in promoting studies of the risks imposed on children to be born.
