John Gofman, PhD, M.D., was a distinguished investigator, in particular,
of human impacts of ionizing radiation. Attached is one of the most delicate

virtually criminal multiple members of multiple governments promoting nuclear
weapons and nuclear power.
This gentle aphorism is one of the many examples of decency and idealism
of John Gofman. Not only did he contribute much toward the understanding of
genetic damage to the human race by ionizing radiation, but he also contributed
our understanding of low and high density lipo-proteins (LDL, HDL) as
cardiovascular risk factors.
