Note : the faciall flush suggestive of a febrile disorder - palpation of the pulsations of the heart or pulse - the inflamed joints of articulations of the hand - signs suggestive of Rheumatic Fever precipitated by a "strep throat" - the suggestion is the patients heart is affected (a common complication of this disorder).
