Among his massive crimes against humanity is the implementation of a state planned famine ordered by Stalin. Known as "Holodomor", the famine killed millions of Ukrainian peasants. Lazar Moses died undisturbed in Moscow, the capital of the current Russian Empire pretending to be a  "Federation".
