Visual examination of urine may show turbidity as a sign of infection or presence of protein, blood, etc. (proteinuria, hematuria, nephrosis, etc.). The patients appears rather ill, and the pallor of the skin suggests anemia, elevated blood pressure, or other alternative causes. Less likely, (see comments in companion detail image) is an ongoing pregnancy.
