This Flemish court painter created a plethora of portraits - in this instance, note the facial features if Felipe III - perhaps his lower lip is protruding - perhaps not - in any case, if he manifests the autosomal dominant Habsburg prognathism, this and another companion portraits do not provide a clear-cut evidence. My view is that this prince-king does NOT have evidence of the mutation.
